My main tasks: Coordination of the implementation of the new processes in all areas of SEAT and coordination with the Volkswagen Program Management and in coordination with other brands in the consortium. Management of the deployment of the new group standard IT system for the internal control process at SEAT.

My main tasks: Coordination of the team and the processes of systemic and quarterly risks to carry it out in all areas of SEAT. Management of the deployment of the new consortium standard IT system for the quarterly risk process at SEAT.

Responsible for the team of 7 project managers, managing the IT projects for SEAT’s Logistics area.
My main tasks: Coordination between IT projects related to SEAT Logistics. Monitoring of compliance with Dates, Scope, Quality, Budget, Billing. Communication with Management of the Logistics area. Team management (personnel, capacity and demand management)

My main tasks: Coordination of IT projects related to the AUDI Q3 model. Monitoring compliance with Dates, Scope, Quality, Budget, Billing. Communication with the responsible’s for processes and systems at AUDI, about progress, scope and possible change requests.

Volkswagen Group program to roll out the DMS CROSS (Dealer Management System) standard solution, developed by Porsche Informatik, at all Volkswagen Group dealerships in France.
My main tasks: Project and team management at Porsche Informatik and work coordination with the Volkswagen Group France and Volkswagen AG Germany teams.

Account Management Spain (04/2011-09/2012)
Management of relations between Porsche Informatik and the companies of the Volkswagen group in Spain.
My main tasks: Relationship management, detection of collaboration possibilities, intermediary between the Porsche Informatik interlocutors and the SEAT, VAESA and VARS interlocutors.
